My Approach
Discovery Call
During this call we will discuss your health concerns and how I can support you in achieving your goals.
Questionnaire
Prior to your first consultation I will ask you to complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire. This helps me get a better overview of your overall health, identify areas of concern and to create a plan bespoke to your needs.
Initial Consultation
During your initial consultation we will go through your health questionnaire, your diet and lifestyle choices, and explore your health goals and concerns. Based on this information, I will walk you through potential causes of your health concerns and work together on a suitable health plan.
Health Plan
Your health plan focuses on you: your likes and dislikes, your way of living and your health goals. It’s completely personalised to you. I will never suggest something that can’t work for you – we will always work together to make sure it’s a plan you are happy to implement. It doesn’t just include foods to incorporate and/or avoid, but also considers lifestyle factors, such as physical activity, stress and sleep and may also include supplement recommendations.
Testing
Functional testing may be recommended to better understand your unique nutritional status and personal health profile. Check out the services page for more information.
Packages
Making sutainable changes to your health requires time and commitment, which is why I work on a package only basis. This enables me to track your progress and adapt your plan to meet any changing concerns and circumstances. View the packages here.

Hi, I’m Emma.
I’m a Mediterranean-born, registered Nutritional Therapist, raised in a family of doctors and hospitality professionals, who share a passion for home-cooking. You could say it was inevitable that these influences would lead me to blend food and wellness into my career path, but it wasn’t until my late 20s that I was truly captivated by the transformative power of dietary and lifestyle changes.
Despite growing up in a food-loving environment, a busy household, childhood trauma and exposure to poor school food offerings, contributed to a negative relationship with food in my teenage years. An imbalance of nutrients led to weight fluctuations, cravings, and mood swings, and this struggle persisted into my 20s. By then I was navigating the demands of a high-pressure advertising career, and my health took a further toll, with digestive issues and mental health struggles added to the mix. Frustrated with not feeling myself and faced with the prospect of invasive surgery, I knew something had to change. It became clear there was a gap in my knowledge and I felt compelled to understand what was contributing to my symptoms.
Driven by a desire to support my body’s natural ability to heal and help others, I embarked on an eye opening educational journey at the Insitute for Optimum Nutrition (ION). There, I discovered the profound connection between nutrition, lifestyle and well-being. Today, I’m passionate about using what I’ve learned and bringing my passion for food into my practice to guide others towards balancing energy levels, mental clarity, resilient stress responses, gut and hormone health, and building healthier relationships with food.
