I’m Emma, founder of Brincat Nutrition. I’m a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist, home cook and small-time gardener, passionate about good food, nature and conscious living.
I believe in transforming health through a holistic and personalised approach, and that our connection to food and the natural world around us plays a pivitol role in supporting optimal health. I focus on inclusion over exclusion of foods, injecting variety into the diet and supporting health with simple steps. Alongside nutrition, I support clients with three other health pillars: movement, sleep and stress, which are needed to create and maintain balance.
With a specialist interest in the intricate connection between gut health and overall well-being, I provide personalised nutrition advice to support my clients’ physical and mental health. I empower my clients to cultivate positive relationships with food, improve their symptoms, and lead more balanced and fulfilling lives.
